Challenge Mode Armor color options?

As we know that we have seen three alternatives color and scheme of challenge mode armor reward set. I wonder how would it work? Is it given to us randomly? or can we choose the color? or is it given based on the spec that we are in when we finish the challenge mode?

i'm concern about this, because i'm planning on to have a xmog set for my toon using the armor reward set . so, any insight about this from beta tester?

I'm actually curious about this myself, however to the best of my knowledge I believe only one of the color options shown is available when you complete everything on gold.
