    Human cultural tier 2 chest, witch's hat, masquerade shoulders, honor of the waves' gloves, vigil boots. (Dont know the name of the pants)

    The pants seem to be from the Diviner armor, which can be bought from WvW armor vendors.

    There is a Witch's outfit available in the gem store, but 1. I dunno if the hat would be available as a separate piece (I suspect not, honestly, since all other outfits are "all or nothing"), and 2. The "witch hat" only shows up that way on female toons, as far as I know.

    The legplates should probably cover all the skin, it's a bit distracting and doesn't fit in well with the rest of the set. Otherwise, I dig this one.

    Thanks, been thinking of replacing them with Body of Koda, but it takes a while to gather all those tokens. Not sure if I should go with these boots or not tho.
