Achievement removal/ changes in Mists?

The only one that I've been made aware of is the Sinestra Undying 'I Can't Hear You...' achieve and the H Rag/H Madness mounts going to a 1% drop rate. Is anyone aware of anything else being unattainable or near-unattainable as of either the pre-patch on August 28 or the Mists release on Sept 25? The completionist in me wants/ needs to know -_-

Rumor has it Herald of the titans is going away completely.
Currently it can only be done by lvl80 characters that are in Ulduar gear at most but MoP might make it completely unobtainable.
But if you aren't already actively pursuing that right now you wont be able to do so within a week anyway.

That's one that (thankfully) I already did =) I can't imagine how faceroll it would be with the outrageous stats mists flasks and food will bring.
