The game can be considered to have two classes:

    1. Warrior

    2. Mage

    Death Knight: Evil Warrior
    Paladin: Holy Warrior
    Warlock: Evil Mage
    Priest: Holy Mage
    Rogue: Hippy Warrior
    Hunter: Ranged Rogue
    Druid: Hippy Rogue
    Shaman: Hippy Druid
    Monk: Hippy Shaman

Usually I have more than just one word to say, but I think this time it's appropriate to simply ask: What?

Yep. It's a lot of hippy in that warrior.

    but druids are already hippies...

and explain how a rogue is "basically a hippy warrior"...

They both are just warrior in a sence too, one is fighting with weapons and the other is fighting with spells.

But they are both fighting, so that makes them both warrior. So classes in every games are just warriors in some way...

So the game has two classes, mage and warrior. But it also has rogues, druids and shaman. I forgot what reality 1+1+1+1+1=2 made sense in.

Three classes, not 2. Warriors, Paladins, and Mages.

sorry to go off-topic, but you made me think of the old George Carlin routine "hey, it's your hippy-dippy weatherman with all the hippy-dippy weather, man..."

or is it an unholy... holy one? or evil holy?

This is a joke. Not a very good joke, nor a very elaborate joke, but a joke.

I'm imagining right now a BM Hunter...

    Fetch-this-stick Ranged Rogue

Well, think back to how many classes the original Dungeons and Dragons had.

I don't know because I only started playing in 3.5, but even then, you were basically either a melee or a spellcaster.

But remember, Ghostcrawler doesn't consider WoW to be within the traditional fantasy paradigm. Warriors/fighters as either slow, heavily armored juggernauts, or lightly armored, frenzied berserkers? Nah, all warriors are highly mobile, now matter how much weight they're carrying. Magic, see?

    deathknight = battle necromancer

paladin = battle mage with holy magic

warlock= mage who uses fel magic

priest= yeah holy mage I guess

rogue= melee fighter who prefers subtlety and cheap tricks

hunter= ranged fighter with small nature magic aspects

druid= nature mage that has forms to enhance martial prowess

shaman= spiritual mage who strictly uses the power of the elements rather than arcane

monk= melee fighter who uses alcohol and spiritual meditation to enhance martial prowess

warrior= pure melee fighter relying on raw strength and combat techniques.

This would be a better description of classes imo.
