I'm looking to do a major upgrade on my PC so that I'm ready for WoW 5.0. I appreciate all of your help!

Budget: $700
Resolution: 2 monitors at 1920x1080
Games: Goal is to run MoP 10 man raids at max frame rate, max settings
Other intensive software: None
Country: USA
Parts to Reuse:

• Ultra LSP750 750-Watt Power Supply
• 90GB OCZ OCZ VERTEX2 SSD
• Hitachi DeskStar 7K1000.B 1TB 7200RPM HDD
• AZZA Solano 1000 Black ATX Full Tower

OS: I don't need to purchase an OS. I have Windows 7 x64.
Peripherals: Also don't need peripherals

3570k along with a GTX 460/Radeon 6870 is what I'd recommend for a WoW-only build at this point.

I would change the cpu to a i7 2700k and a GTX 560 / Radeon 6970
And get 8 gigs of ocz gold ram
