    on their main website, arenanet has a page under support tab with a list of potential error's by #. match up ur error with the ones on list and see what it says. i had an error, and it ended up being a firewall issue. easy enuff to fix.

    Managed to log in fine, looks like a good start, although lets face it us guinea pigs who spent all day trying to log saturday had to suffer so you guys could get a smooth start :P
