2. Can I move to Darkhaven for free later this week if it goes from full? I really want to be on that server >.>

I'd suggest logging on at some weird hour of the night and trying then. I was able to move to a server that was marked as Full later in the day when it changed to High.
Humans are the only species on the planet smart enough to be this stupid.
