Hey guys, It isn't very clear what server to pick, can you help? I havn't looked much into it as I don't understand the SPVP and WvW thing...
So.... Here we go:
I need an English speaking server.
I like to PvP.
I don't want an empty server xD
That's pretty much it.
Also, if anyone can explain to me the different server types - thanks in advance!

Just don't go to Desolation. We are already full
You might want to check Gandara, they look strong on WvW

It isn't permanent yet. You have a week from launch to transfer at will, after that week you will need to pay in order to transfer.

Desolation is a unofficial uk server but as someone said they are full gandara is the other uk server and is where I am playing, we seem to have a very good wvwvw group so it's a good choice

All the servers are full or high atm.
You can pvp from any server.
You have some time for free server transfer.

Also, the official server list specifies which servers are built for which language. All the unmarked will have official support in English and, as such, you can expect an English-heavy server.

You can basically pick any high or medium population US server, or any EU server not marked with some kind of tags that seem to be a non-English country. Originally Posted by Kuhnai123

Simple if you want to do charity go SPVP and if you want to go back to school choose WvW
