The Launcher will download around 10mb, drop Down, ask for admin rights, pop back up again, says downloading at 0kb/s for a fraction of a secound before minimizing to tray and not being able to pop back up again.
Right click the GW2 icon or install file and click Run as Administrator. If that doesn't work i suggest restarting your PC or turning off or checking settings on your firewall; it might be blocking GW2.
