I still kind of wish engineering had a passive stat benefit, but that's the lazy part of me speaking. My question to you folks with engineering as one of your professions is when do you like to cast synapse springs in your new 5.0.4 rotation? Is it right before devouring plague? Maybe before a mind spike/blast? Or just refresh it every single time it's up?

Sounds like it's the best option, though if you want to be lazy just macro it to DP.

Macro it into a mindbender if you're using one.
Also, there may be a point to delay DP for the duration of MB cd to line up DP->MB->dot recast. You never want to use it without DP going off.Last edited by Celentes; 2012-09-01 at 05:43 AM.
