Could someone explain Bartenders bar numbering system to me?

I was going to try to set up my Bartender bars so I could do my keybinding in the Blizzard keybinding interface (in case Bartender breaks), but I've run into a snag. Although the main Blizzard action bar is Bartender bar 1, the others appear to be in random order.

The bottom left bar is Bartender bar 6.
The bottom right bar is Bartender bar 5.
Right bar 1 is Bartender bar 3.
And, right bar 2 is Bartender bar 4.

It doesn't make sense. I can compensate for the discrepancy, but I would like to know why it's there.

If you just go by the standard blizzard bars, you will notice bar 1 can actually be scrolled to other bars. Bars 2-whatever number are those bars. Some other "bars" are "stance" specific bars(such as for warrior, battle, berserker, and defensive stance all have their own bar number as well)
