Rep armors?

so im guessing GW2 is like the original GW in that you have a faction you can join and gain access to their armor... so is there a vigil,priory,whispers armor set or is it just joining them for certain quests?

If anyone could get screens of their armors i will love you forever, Pref warrior!

yes there are, but due to a bug, the vendors are not available atm

I found a Vigil armour vendor in Gendarran Fields that sold level 80 rares for about 23 silver a piece. It's the big fortress in the north east. I didn't try purchasing anything but the vendor is there atleast.
