Change hotmail for GW2 and Email Authentication

Okey so as many others here, we don't want our account hacked. I read http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Game_status_updates and saw some tips to protect your account.

''Read this! If you don't want your account hacked, don't use the same email address and password for Guild Wars 2 that you've used for another game or web site. Hackers have big lists of email addresses and passwords that they've harvested from malware and from security vulnerabilities in other games and web sites, and they're systematically testing Guild Wars 2 looking for matching accounts.''

How/where do I change hotmail? I'll make another mail just for gw2, but how can I change it from my old to my new one?
Do I press '' to update your email address click here'' and write my new hotmail's name there?

I had that site up for some day ago or so, but i cant find it again. I'm talking about Email Authentication. I want to use that protection as well..

Cheers for helping me and hopefully other players as well from being hacked

@Rule n1, actually it doesn't have to be a weird website. WoW have had hackers claiming all kinds of stuff in the past.
