For level 1-79 items, when you complete a zone 100% (all vistas, all hearts, etc.) you get 3 stones that allow you to change the look of an item. I don't know if there is another way to obtain these items and what you have to do to get the level 80 version of those.

I was just talking about the Lightning effect of the WoW weapon that looks nearly identical.

yea but how do I use it, it says it combines 2 weapons, what if it takes the stats from the bad one and looks from the ugly one?
