WvW servers

So I'm looking for a good WvW server that doesn't have waits that are too terrible (less than an hour most of the time would be nice).
And by good, I mean they hold their own against most servers, and don't lose all their territory at night due to no one queuing.

Any suggestions?

Most servers are going to have long waits this early in the game. JQ has some great rvr though.

A lot of people on reddit have stated that JQ is flooded with bots

Sorrow's Furnace has instant pops, but we get beat down every game due to lack of participation.

"What server should I roll on?" type threads are not encouraged.
