Norn Mesmer elite skills

So i just hit level 30 on my Norn Mesmer, and im completely torn between Bear form, Raven form and Wolf form, mainly because i dont really know the differences between the 3. Anyone able to help me out on this one? 10 points is a lot to spend on 1 skill so i dont really want to mess it up!
