I found this today, someone posted it on GW2 FB, I didn't belive it first, so i entered there my friend's acc and tryed his acc and it actually worked and ye his acc wasnt suspended, so I ask you, do you think it's safe? I would like to use it even on my acc

Not quite sure what you're trying to say, but hacks are against the ToS/EULA and will get you banned if you are discovered using one. That and this is not the place to promote hacking.
