Taipei : Brick and Mortar Retailer Question...

This may be an odd question, but a friend of mine who lives in Taipei wants to buy the physical copy of GW2 from a retailer, and I'm wondering if anyone here who may live in Taipei (particularly the central area) has either purchased or has seen copies in stock in any stores? He went to 3 different stores before work and they were all sold out.

It'd be greatly appreciated if anyone has any kind of helpful input, would be great if I could help my friend get a copy so he can play with me and my boyfriend, I just don't know how to figure out where he can get a copy since I live in the US.

Edit: He cannot buy the digital download copy, he told me he doesn't have a credit card to do so with, don't ask me why xD
