I couldn't seem to post on the rift forums. However I had an account made at launch and was looking at all the new shineys and it looks like this game has come a long way and am interested in starting again. However I have an authenticator on the account and am unable to log into it.(Had a level 50 cleric) and would love to jump right back in. Is there a way to get the authenticator off?

Yeah, I called last night about a login issue, was surprised... there was no waiting in a queue! All I had to do was press 2 for technical support and BAM on the phone to a REAL person. Shocked me at first. Originally Posted by goombatommy
