Gun Silencer Addon?

A while ago I remember an addon for hunters to change the sound for guns, so they sound more like it has a silencer on it rather then a blast noise. Anyone know what it was called? I checked gun silencers on curse but it turned up nothing

Just remember that technically, changing the sound is against the EULA. I mean I dont think there is a huge risk, but I did ask this question to a GM a while ago because I was getting sick and tired of the gun sound, and he confirmed that changing it via an addon or any other way was indeed against the EULA.

guns/bows/xbows are the exception to that rule. its been possible since the very start of mogging.

I still get annoyed sometimes by other people's guns. IDK why anyone except dwarves would use them, gives me a headache.

dwarves don't even have a reason to use them now, their racial got changed to just give them 1% expertise with all weapons.

Just transmog to a bow or xbow, don't give a reason for Blizzard to ban you, not worth the risk, even if that risk is ridiculously small.

Not using a gun, but during icc, when stakethrower hc was a heck of a gun, I used that addon freely.
Never heard of a hunter /other person getting banned for changing a sound, client side. I've seen ppl get banned by changing models, but not by sounds.
And for those that are saying "transmog to a gun", perhaps he likes guns better? I'm thinking of building a transmog around a certain gun, and if I get "annoyed" in the long run by the noise the gun makes I'll install this addon. Doesn't affect no one around me (tough ppl would like hearing that silencer x) ).

False. Gun Specialization has been reworked: Expertise with ranged weapons increased by 1%. Not all weapons.

i think you need to change the sound files in the data folder...when i wanted to mute everything except music/ boss emotes i had to overwrite all the sound files with silent sound files :S Although i'm not really sure it's allowed but i wouldn't think they would be able to find out
