PvP Collectables...Where Art Though?

So, yeah...ummm.

I did my first attempt at PvP the other day and noticed that I got a butt ton of weapons/armour in my bags when I was done. I didn't have the time to go through them all because I had to go to work so I was looking at them and noticed they could be sent to "collectables".

Now, after about 3 days of searching and asking over /map (to which the response is a big fat nothing) I thought that I would ask here. How on earth do I get to the PvP Collectable page?
