"The email adress you entered was not found" Can't log in

I get this message when I try to log in. I contacted customer support and they made a support account for me. Still doesn't work.

I'd say submit a ticket based on the guidelines following these directions. I doubt there's much else you can do at this point, it sounds like your account was hacked and redirected to a new email address.
