Cylons. They're not from -Earth-, so I guess that's ok?
Or the Asari.

No. Mandalorians are a culture. In fact I'm not sure there are any original (if such a thing ever existed) left? To my knowledge existing Mandalorians are taken from other races, typically as children, and raised in the culture.
I would have to say Klingon, followed by Wookie.
I cant pick a fav D: but my top 5 are WH40K Orkz and Tyranids, Mass EffectE Krogan, Transformers and Doctor Who Sontarons
Good Idea.
my top ten Sci-Fi Aliens
1. Orks (WH40k - they are just insane)
2. Krogan (Mass Effect - Klingon meets, Ork)
3. Klingons (Star Trek - whats not to love)
4. Mangalores ( The 5th Element - Yah some of the best moments of that movie.)
5. Yautja ( Predator - These guys are fun )
6. The Skrull (Marvel - Yah Shape-shifting alien Orcs with 200IQs )
7. The Sith (Star Wars - The greatest warrior race of them all, Dark Jedi named themselves after them)
8. Scarran (Farscape - so cuddly, well not really.)
9. Yuuzhan Vong (Star Wars - These guys would be great in a movie)
10. Gallifreyans (Doctor Who - The most feared man in the universe, and he's a good guy)
I guess the Daleks then, I find them to be the most amusing...
Klingons from Star Trek.Always loved the way there ships looked and how the Klingon is a warrior race that values honor over all else.
Star Trek The Motion Picture Klingon Battle
"Chaos boils in my veins."
I know they're not the most creative "aliens", but theCylons, both toasters and skin jobs. The toasters are just badass fighters while the skin jobs are awesome at infiltrating human society to cause havok... until you find out what the models look like, even though some still managed to blend in. Also, i loved the idea of being downloaded into an identical body when your old one dies, so they never truly die... we'll just ignore the whole blowing up of resurrection ships
Other than that, guess it would be the Asgard from SG1. Super smart, super powerful but just a bit too much cloning went on - their demise.
My first fav is easily Asari, just look at their home world and culture god it so amazing and cool
2nd would be forerunners and the precursors from the halo series. One race so advanced they could speed up the evolution progress of species and build "bridges" from planet to planet and another the child of the first, filled with secrets.
Sangheili of the Halo universe. Fast, strong, organized, and a deep sense of honor.
Just look at these bastards.

He is the life of guilds he has never joined.
He once had a noobish moment- just to see what it felt like.
If he were to beat you in a duel, you would have to fight the strong urge to thank him.
The Lunar Elders have a holiday in which they honor him.
He can speak Darnassian. In Orcish.
He is: The Most Interesting Man in the World of Warcraft.
Does DBZ count as sci-fi? I think technically it does, since it's sure as shit not fantasy. So uh, yeah, Saiyans!
Xenomorphs are my favorite! Picking up new characteristics from the host, able to survive in almost any environment, and led by the biggest abgriest matriarch you can find.
BeeeeeeeoooooOOOOoooooooooooooooOOOO-FFFSSSHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMM!!!
My attempt at being less of a pessimist was choosing Dawnbringer as my choice of server.
I regret somethings! (like setting this in my signature)
Blink was an amazing episode!
Monk, I need a monk!!!
