The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc
Probably shouldn't post a video of it because it's wildly offensive, not to mention violent, but the ending of There Will Be Blood.
"Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were. But without it we go nowhere." --Dr. Carl Sagan
-The Joker's pencil scene and the hospital scene from The Dark Knight.
-"I am your father" from Empire Strikes Back.
-"I'd die for her." "Good, no worries then." from Pirates of the Caribbean.
-"Your country needs you." "I'm Canadian." from X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
-Pretty much every fight scene and car chase from the Bourne Trilogy.
-The Blazing Saddles scene where Bart holds himself hostage.

There are plenty of them obviously.
#1 Blood in, Blood out; ending.
#2 Un Prophete; First Blood. Warning, gory imagery.
Un Prophete is a near masterpiece, there are so many scenes I could pick between, but this one is really emotional - If you've seen the movie you'd understand.
#3 Someone linked the "I've seen things..." video. Blade Runner is, after multiple viewings, still a very great flick. This scene is really powerful;
There are more scenes; Taxi Driver, Chinatown's "Forget it Jake. It's Chinatown", the last lines + look from the korean movie; Memories of Murder, and more.
The perfumed* boys he wrapped in chains and threw into the sea. They were unnatural creatures, and the ship smelled better once cleansed of their presence.
