Has anyone yet stumbled accross a chart of our new haste breakpoints? Past 3099, I'm not sure.
Is this something we're still waiting for?

Hmmm... so the 3099 one must just be for 85? Also, they mention that the Haste percentages on that chart do not factor NG. - I hope the ratings do!
