PvP guardian stats?

So i'm starting to play tPvP on my guardian which is defensive, i am pretty tank at the mo but some other guards i have seen dont die to like 3 people!

So can anyone experienced let me know what stats, traits, runes to go with please? Im rolling mace/shield + scepter/focus at the moment aswell.

Could you fill out your build on some sort of calculator? I find Soldier Amulet + Jewel to be the best combination of defense versus offense. Runes are relatively flexible, and more up to personal preference. Traits/Utilities are very dependent on your role though.
