Should be. The numbers you see now are for health pools in mop. I hope....
People are probably going to end up complaining about melee damage in the first couple of weeks when people don't have much pvp gear. Everything should eventually fall into place after 2 months when most people have full season 12 conquest set.
Healing is ovettuned at the moment because everything is calculated FOR level 90 hence making healing spell formulas make people heal for ALOT more at the moment, dont worry
Healing from level 85 to 90 only goes up like 30%, but health pools increase by 2.5 times in BIS gear (150k at 85, to 400k at 90) - the result is that healing at 85 is pretty broken, but healing at 90 is much closer to where needs to be. There is only like a week left before this doesnt matter anymore though!
highest i've seen is 227k

I'm surprised no one mentioned the fact ret paladins can heal for 130k-150k right now.
As said before though, hybrids don't heal like this at 90, and regular healers don't heal for 200k crits all the time like implied. Very rare and situational with proper buffs / procs / trinkets etc and a big mana wasting heal.
Edit: That video is pretty old.
not aware of any healing changes from then and now
EDIT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOCrSBT5nd0 more recent healing footage

That video is just some clueless idiot QQing.
The thing he fails to mention in his "BAWW HEALING SO OP" is how quick it rapes mana for Moonkins, Eles and SPs and how Rets/Priests/Shamans have the least amount of defensive cooldowns and "get out of combat" cards compared to say, a Rogue, Mage or Hunter so they rely on healing; they also heavily gimp their damage by doing so.
He says "Hybrids outhealing DPS cooldowns isn't OK" - what he fails to mention is that for a Ret to heal that much they're using Holy Avenger or getting lucky with DP to chain WoG. For an Enhance Shaman to heal a lot they're using all of their maelstrom procs on healing; not damage. That's FINE if you ask me; countering a cooldown with a cooldown is not a new concept.
In his video there are plenty of "non cooldown" heals from hybrids between 40-70k. Considering that's with almost 400k HP, it looks OK to me.

it's just a general idea of what healing is like, self healing like this is just not ok.
somewhere along the line blizz thought the easiest way to deal with casuals not being able to push through content is by giving everyone and their mother self-healing so it just basically gave you lots of extra lives when questing and it allowed them to make more "interesting" content without putting the casuals off from playing becaus eit was too hard.
However this had a negative knock on effect on pvp since one class had self healing due to many complaints about being hard to level (rogues) it had to be balanced and more and more classes had their self healing improved.
Now it's just gotten to the point of ridiculousness we can see here but I doubt blizzard cares, this is the model they are following and it appeals to the majority of the playerbase.
Right, thats my point - the game is being balanced for 90 and what occurs at 85 is considered pretty much irrelevant at this point, it happens every expansion - but especcially this time with so much changing around. They left healing broken so that we could continue to complete content, a lesson they learned last time when the healing re-model for Cataclysm made heroic lich king unkillable until level 85 after the 4.0 patch (and many of the other fights WAY harder than they were the day prior).
Also, dont mind Illana.
If they wont change healing at 90,going to be the worst season ever...too many dps healing a lot.
