Not sure as havnt paid attention before nor have I race changed to a new race on release before but, if I were to race change to Panda soon as MoP is released (I have had race change ready for over a month going to change regardless if it's before or after I hit 90) would my dailies all disappear?

Ya I wouldn't Race Change until you hit 90.
