I would say I am happy with myself physically but emotionally I need to grow and improve a great deal. I tend to be impulsive and impatient and have difficulty waiting for things (gratification)

I'm actually very happy with myself. Never before have I been this confident and succesful, I've really grown the last few years.
But of course there's still room for improvement. One of my few flaws is drinking too much on the weekend.
And that's seeing some improvement as well, I'm finally starting to get a better feeling for when to slow down. I hope the trend continues.
