Where exactly does one get BiS Exotic gear?

I see a bunch of people saying they have it, but where are these people getting it from? I'm a warrior looking for Power - Crit - Precision gear... I have yet to get any lvl 80 exotic...

Craft it, buy it from the tp, or run Arah explorable.

Many of the master craftsman NPCs will sell exotic recipes for level 400 of their respective craft. These recipes are for the inscription only, not the weapon/armor piece itself. To get an exotic item out of all this, combine one of these inscriptions with the orichalcum (or other Tier 6 material) components for the item you want to make.

Tip: carefully calculate each item. It is possible to save money by just buying it off the TP. If you haven't leveled your craft yet: don't bother. While the XP is nice, the gold from all the mats you'd use to skill up probably buys you half your gear. ._.
