I'm a longtime Blizzard fan who played Warcraft II and Diablo at launch (yes, I'm 53). I didn't get into WoW right after release, but only four years later, at the end of TBC, in March 2008. From then on, WoW became my main game until August 2019. Yes, I had breaks with SWTOR, EVE Online, and Guild Wars 2, but they were relatively short.
In 2009, I started a "Casual Gamer Blog," where I wrote about the game regularly. After leaving WoW retail in 2019, I decided to create a video series about my eleven years in WoW based on these texts. I finished it in 2024, and it's now fifty-eight episodes long. I have a small Russian-language YouTube channel where they're all published. Last year, I decided, why not translate them into English?
Nineteen episodes have been translated so far. I decided not to use AI for the voiceover, so my English may not be perfect. Below is a link to one of the videos from the English-language channel. I'd be happy if you enjoy this content.
There are currently extended power outages in Kyiv, so the translation work has been a bit delayed, but I plan to finish it.
