I just found out that 100 is not the max level in Torchlight 2, and that sadly is the highlight of my day/week.

How do we really know what time is, would we be able to perceive if time somehow changed?

What if everything moved twice a fast as it is now, how could we perceive it? Can we measure time outside time itself?
