Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

Are there no dailies with them until I reach exalted with Golden Lotus or have I completely missed something?

You get dailies at Revered with GL. The only rep you get before that is from the quest lines while leveling.

Meh will take ages getting to revered with GL by just doing dailies... Is there any other way to get fast rep with GL ? Farming some mobs or something ?

I don't know for sure, but all GL rep is obtained in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. Maybe the mobs there give some token rep.

I may be the only one but I think the way they did rep this expac is stupid as fuck. At least in BC you could get some rep in dungeons now it's ~10 dailies and your done for the day. Most only gove like ~150 each.
If only i could learn to be sneaky like the damn Fel Reavers
