Zen Alchemist Stone - Sometimes doesn't procc

Hi,

so I am using the Zen Alchemist Stone as an Elemental Shaman. I started tracking the ICD on my Trinkets and it turns out the Zen Alchemist Stone Buff (Intellect) sometimes doesn't procc for several minutes (4minutes).

For example: I did some Dummy testing and the Trinket procced 3 times in a row (55 ICD seems correct). Then it stopped proccing as described above, but also started working again after 4minutes.

Would be really nice to get some Feedback on this because this makes this Trinket somewhat useless right now.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Having the same issue with the agility buff, for example I had 5 procs during a whole raid. It procs more often while doing dailies, but still bugs out, so I have this idea it's related to the targets level.

I have no issue with this, im a Warlock.

Must proc better with dots.

It seems to proc all the time for me (Mage). It even procs when I *start* to evocate before pulls, which is a bit annoying.
