I've noticed in the past that MMO champ has a good list of prices and models for hardware when it comes to building your own rig, but I can't find any of the older entries.
I'm wanting to get a video card for WOW to upgrade my GTX 460.

The setup of the month is tucked in the news section. Just look for the threads with "setup of the month" in the title.
Here's the most recent one, though the next one should be coming out shortly.
And as Remilia says, the computer build and upgrade help section is great for additional advice.
