After latest hotfix, I've experience some issues with Unholy Blight not putting a debuff on the enemies.

I've had it happen to me as well, particularly in the Brewery 5 man with the the Hozen.

I thought it was hit related on my tank spec, but no, even my hit capped dps spec it's just...not working

The HB bug thread is releated to this one and they should probably me combined.
Both HB and UB only apply disease on you primary target.

I have a similar problem with Roiling Blood, it won't refresh diseases sometimes, even though it hits my main target.
Walking with a friend in the dark is better than walking alone in the light.
So I chose the path of the Ebon Blade, and not a day passes where i've regretted it.

Bugs I've seen are:
Unholy Blight not applying diseases to targets other than primary target.
Howling Blast not applying Frost Fever to targets other than primary target.
Chains of Ice with Chilblains not applying root.
I haven't checked, but I imagine Symbiosis mushrooms aren't applying plagues either, could be wrong though.

Unholy blight only applies diseases to 1 target. It's not always the primary target for me, closest one maybe? Anyway makes the talent pretty useless....

It's really annoying since I have to use pestilence for AoE pulls while questing, but not that bad since at least one target gets the diseases. It's just an extra Outbreak with a 1/2 min longer cooldown until it's fixed

It doesn't work sometimes, and it's super annoying.

Likewise I've found that Unholy Blight and Howling Blast only apply diseases to the target I'm already attacking. If I activate Unholy Blight and don't attack there are no diseases.

Also, UB is working just fine for me.
