Honor PvP gear > heroic dungeon blues!!??

[Reforge]

It seems to me that the dreadful gladiator PvP gear (honor point gear) (just armor not including trinkets and such)
Is better for entry raid level than a majority of the gear in heroics.

Now that PvP gear have extra secondary stats i feel like it is the best gear to step into normal MV

Does anyone concur?
