The second one is better due to better CPU. Ram above 6 GB is not needed. SO you're fine with only 6 GB ram. Both use the same GPU. Lower end of Nvidia but should be able to run decent grahics, but don't expect too much.

I do strongly recommend to by a slightly stronger laptop. One with at least the Ivy Bridge inside. They're quite powerful compared to the sandy in laptops that is.

This one is quite powerful, some notches on CPU. Two notches better GPU.HDD is even 7200 RPM, better than the others If you can afford it, go with it. I paid 1100 Euro for a similar PC, of 1 notch lower GPU, but much more expensiver, of course I live in norway.

The second will one will get you better performance, primarily because it's a smaller screen (15.3") running at a seriously low resolution (1366 x 768) and a better CPU.

Your interface could get pretty bloated at that resolution if you don't keep it trimmed down with addons or something. But hey atleast 15" will be lighter and easier to carry around right

I also recommend the second laptop. The better processor is nice and the 2GB less RAM won't show any difference. You'll get better performance too with the lower res. And as the above poster said, just keep a clean UI both in-game, and on the desktop.
