I'm running both brewfest stam trinkets and I'm running soul link with sac pac and a flask and food buff with a rallying cry and shadow bulwark (try saying that in one breath)

LFG buff is more of a "blizzard" buff. Like doing 100k dps on madness, it doesn't mean much.

But by using regular raid means and getting to a million means I can practically use it. Like actually in bgs/raids/etc. It means more if its done manually.

you could try to find a bear druid with the t13 4pc. not 100% sure if it stacks with rallying cry, but if it does, that oughta be enough to push you over.

mana is fixed at 300k for all castery types. Health pools for a fresh 90 is around 300k unbuffed. As a holy pally at i460 (nearly full heroic gear) i sit on about 365k ish health in heroics.

Good lord. I am a blood tank and I only have about 515k in full 463 gear, though I dont use silly stam trinkets and I only gem stam to match socket bonuses
