How much Spirit is needed for the PvP hit cap at 90?

Curious as to how much spirit is needed at level 90 for the PvP hit cap. That way I can balance how many Contender's Silk pieces I wear Vs. how many pieces I wear of the Contender's Satin set until I get rolling in actual honor PvP gear. Cheers in advance if anyone knows.

(I'm not actually 90 yet, so I can't test it myself.)

1% hit = 340.... so 6% would be 2040 hit

15%= 5100
