This is why Paul Ryan (the VP nominee) loves Ayn Rand.

I don't follow US politics. From what I've heard in last few years, Obama is actually trying to help Americans instead of starting more useless wars, and Romney has possibility to become another Bush-like clown.

    So Obama all the way!

Oddly enough the pro obama thread doesnt get locked, but the other one does...

Definitely contra Romney. So I'd vote for Obama. I don't think that Romney has any clue about the world, he doesn't seem very intelligent to me. And he's made incredible mistakes.. Not to mention the fauxpas with the 47% of Americans being bums. Obama also seems more human to me.

And what are Romney and wife trying to represent? Ken and Barbie? It looks just awful. But that's only a secondary reason.

I can tell you, even before looking a the poll, that the European vote will be overwhelmingly for Obama.

There is no reason to lock this thread at all; no nation bashing, no religion bashing, no racism, no links to porn etc. Also the thread itself is not pro-Obama, just the posters in it are.

OT: Obama, because he's slightly less bad than Romney.

Well obviously they're a cost of something else.

Smaller government means fewer entitlements, regulations and bureaucracy.

    It also costs less money.

Unfortunately Republicans can't seem to stay in government long enough to realize any more than the beginning steps toward that goal which, often, are not all that pleasant.

These threads always end up in the same way, a Republican vs. Democrat knock-out brawl. And we already have two stickies for this.

I truly believe that Obama will make America, and even the world a better place as president. It's beyond me how people can believe the ridiculous lies and obscuring rhetoric of Romney. I really, really hope for everyone's sake that Obama wins the election.

Yeah, and that's why self-administered justice would increase largely.

"You step on my ground, Sir? You die, Sir!" Slightly exaggerated.. But I made my point, I think.

Europeans should really care because when Romney finds "proof" of WMD's in Iran guess who he is dragging into another 10 year war. 2,000+ kids in England do not have dads anymore because of the last President who thought it was ok to lie to prove a point.

Hard to say, but I honestly don't care, because it doesn't exactly effect me.
I am guessing Obama will be reelected, just seems like there's more negativity in the media about Romney.

Is it Romney that is the religious nutcase, or was that another guy ?

I'll either write in Ron Paul or just throw mine away... I could care less who wins, they're both asshats.

Obama for sure, even if I think he needs to stand up to his opposition more. There are a lot of elements of the Republican party (Such as there stance on gay rights and abortions) which simply scare me. I cant imagine anything good from letting them, and Romney, in to power.

While an interesting concept, nothing is stopping the discussion from including U.S. people, and votes as well. The thread is just going to end up in a political debate on American politics, and the two stickies aid that plenty.
