I'd prefer my politicians were honest and acted like real people. Instead of treating us like children that can't tell the difference between fantasy and reality. All while putting on a bullshit smoke and mirrors show about who they are.

I don't see a problem with that quote since she is talking about a game. I sometimes use WoW as a stress relief because guess what? I can kill stuff without going to jail and have some woman called Big Shirley take me as her @#%&.

She doesn't act out crazy fantasies - if she does that in real-life, there's a difference. She doesn't.

I'm a big GTA fan and do all kinds of insanity, but I'm hardly thinking of running down pedestrians and hitting motorcyclists to see how far they fly over the handlebars.

I've been active on forums for years now. I bet you could quote-mine a shit-ton of ridiculous things I've posted over the years. I live in the real world where I know people are just people. I go out lunch with coworkers and talk about "immature" stuff. I go to meetings at work where the vice president is swearing and being "unprofessional." People are people, who cares.

As for playing WoW, if you go to her Armory her activity feeds shows that her latest activity was on 9/16/2012 when she went into ToC and killed the first boss, and then did some fishing in Northrend. Before that played a little bit in November of 2011 and December of 2011 and did some of the Christmas Festival achievements. Before that it was some pretty consistent playing in February of 2011.

Yup... sounds like a valid point to bring up. Maybe they should try and steal her laptop and search her history, they might find some Porn or something. Oooooooo.

By the way, I just downloaded Black Mesa (original Half-Life in the new Valve engine) and I actually really enjoyed shooting every scientist in the head, just to see the blood splatter and see him slump to the ground. (Bookmark that comment for when I run for office, everyone).

Two things the Republican party once again didn’t think through

1) If Wow was a state, it would have 10 times the population of Maine or more importantly to the Republicans, 10 times the voters. They just upset a lot of voters when they really need votes from outside their base.
2) The Republicans want to attack Iran and others. So wouldn’t you want someone in government with a high “Deaths per Second” if you are going to war?
