Motion is a semi-hardcore 10man raiding guild is seeking one ranged DPS (preferably a hunter). We raid 4/5 nights a week (Wed/Thu/Sun/Mon and sometimes Tuesday). We raid from 8PM Server Time until 11PM Server Time (On some occasions we may extend the raid if were close to a kill or feel we will benefit from an attempt or two more).

What we expect:
• Ability to understand boss mechanics
• Ability to understand your class mechanics in order to optimise DPS
• Must have a microphone and be able to use Team Speak 3
• Must be able to commit to a 90% attendance rate
• Must work well with others
• Must be able to accept feedback and been able to provide feedback

Due to a change in circumstances for one of our raiders Motion is currently seeking a main tank. If you are a relatively well geared tank that is seeking a raiding team we would encourage you to apply. We raid Wednesday / Thursday / Sunday and Monday 8PM Server Time to 11PM Server Time. What is expected:
• A relatively well geared tank that can walk straight into heroic encounters
• A 80%+ attendance rate
• A understanding of boss mechanics including all normal encounters and the first three bosses of MV Heroic
• A good understanding of your class mechanics including any recent changes in order to achieve the best avoidance/mitigation or DPS depending on what is required
• Access to TeamSpeak 3 with a microphone is required.
