Uploading to Youtube with sony vegas causing video to be blurry

So i uploaded new kill vids this week to youtube and for some reason i cant think of why, every video i have put up is so blurry and pixellated. i've uploaded before using sony vegas and never had this problem. i've looked through my rendering and uploading settings, everything seems to be correct and set to the best quality. and no it's not the actual video, when i watch it in the fraps folder and if i render it only and save it there's no blurr on it. only when i upload to youtube.

heres a video i did pre mop, and see here the entire time it never gets blurry at all. the only difference between this and the others was that this was done on sony vegas 10 or 11 and the bad ones is done on 12

Might be because it's a large file and youtube takes ages to do its magic once you've uploaded it.

I recommend using http://www.h264encoder.com/ to reduce 1080p file size
