    I need some advice :)

    Hey hello, i'm 16 and i apperently have good weight however i have man boobs and a fat roll on my waiste, i don't know how this exactly happened because i used to have a amazing metabolism and i should still be growing.

    Anyway, i intend to workout alot soon but i don't exactly know how much a week and how long a day. I just really want to build up some muscle on my upper chest and replace these moobs.

    So yeah, i'd like some advice about that. Also, what's your point of view of younger people working out? when i do it i want to feel comfortable about it and not feel like a unwanted stranger.
