which trinket is better?

hi guys i haven't found any solution on this section of forum , my question is this:
which combination of 2 trinket is better for tg, the one from the darkmoon faire (str + proc str)+ the one from scholomance "lesson of the darkmaster"
or the combination of darkmoon faire + brewfest "coren's cold chromium coaster?

The answer is Brewfest + Darkmoon card. You can get expertise capped without using the Scholomance on-use trinket.
