Reputation changes active?

With the maintenance today were the reputation gains when reaching revered changed today? While I think it's stupid to hand feed people the double rep to exalted just wondering if this was implemented today?

Well, Blizzard said it was coming in a future patch, which means either a) it can't be hotfixed in, b) they don't want to hotfix it in, or c) they haven't finalized the design yet. I would expect it to be in 5.1 at the earliest.

The rep changes are coming in 5.1. It's not something they'd likely just hotfix, especially so early into the expansion.
