    It's always like that in by him. Apparently the devs ALWAYS start working with full force on the next game/sequel when they release something, in his head, but putting together the builds and demos for SC's kickstarter somehow isn't "work".
    The logic seems to be that SC was magically on their drives when the Kickstarter launched, therefore not "in production" and Rockstar started GTA6 8 years ago when GTA5 released, because someone in the company might've had a thought some time on the toilet about it.
    Honestly, for your own sanity, just drop it. Our two cultists here will NEVER admit ANYTHING that could even be remotely classified as criticism towards SC. CIG can do no wrong, no univeral rules or practices that apply to other companies applies to them (like how management, deadlines or promised targeted release windows work) and the game is simultaneously released and not released, therefore we're not allowed to criticize it and should be happy to be able to pay thousands of dollars for ships that are not in the game yet.

    We had this discussion before and you pretty much lost it since the words came from CR himself proved you wrong.

    None can defend Chris Roberts since he sucks at management and wasted millions already.
    Now he is getting paid by CIG and Turbulent at same time since CIG hired Turbulent and Chris Roberts has shares of Turbulent.

    How ethical is it to make money like this? This is enough proof that SC is a scam.
    If CR was a honest man he wouldn't even get a nickel from this project but he didn't even pay for the damage he did just like Illfonic disaster.

    CDPR were actually working on the games development from around 2012 since they had a team, studio and resources to do it as the company has already said as much. Do you not believe a company when they have already stated they had a team working on the games development from 2012.

    Its impossible to develop a game without money, until you get enough starting capital a game can never start being developed plain and simple logic you seem to lack, i have always included development time from SC from the kickstarter when they actually could begin development even though it would take many years for actual full development to start.

    Is there an option to turn off showing certain objects on my visor? Like for example space rocks, PO turrets etc. It just makes for a cluttered vision, and I don't really need to see those things as icons in the world

    They raised the money during the kickstarter and hit the origional goal in 2 weeks, what you are linking is just an update regarding the money they raised during the kickstarter so they could actually go ahead with the project, the kickstarter was made to see if the game could be made not to just add more to it.

    Ah, fair enough, no indication of it being an update though, at least not that I can see.

    They still state that they have invested their own money to build the prototype, which is part of pre-production. Not that it really matters honestly, I mean, first it was the work done prior the pre-production, then it was the amount of people, now it’s the money, the post goal just keep moving to justify why it’s “okay” for Star Citizen but not the other games, like always.

    i fucking hate the new hurricane NPCs

    first, they have enourmous healthpool for some reason, heard its tripled by bug or smth. they can take A LOT of my S4 and S5 cannon shots and still live
    second, the new AI is super aggresive and for me as andromeda pilot super annoying, as they start spiraling from like 3km
    third, the desync, which for some fucking reason is WAY MORE frequent than any other NPC ship

    add up all above and uve got a cancer NPC

    how does the new shield system work? the bubble vs 4 faces or whatever u can call it

    bubble is pretty simple. 100% on all sides
    but the 4 sides show 25% each now. 25x4=100, but does that mean theyre reduced or its just 100% on each side?? cuz i mostly lose only front side shield so i care about that one the most
