4 bosses in normal and 3 in LFR yielded 3 for me

I have a question, is there a possibility to loot a Sigil of Power during second MV LFR run? After 6 bosses in normal, 3 bosses in LFR and 2 bosses in hc I have only one sigil and this disappoints me a lot.

It's very random.

So far we've killed 6 normal bosses, 3 LFR bosses and 1 heroic boss.

I only have 1 token while others were lucky and got 3/3 tokens from the LFR bosses.
