10 Inks of Dreams for 1 Starlight Ink, as per normal.
Guess we'll quickly find out how many Scrolls of Wisdom people have stashed away.

Why isnt it on the US Realms? Im on oceania, and we have same old ink traders, unless its found somewhere else and not in Org?

American Players need to migrate to European realms to be able to trade inks, once you have traded your inks you cant transfer back to your home realms.
